Went for 3x5 Back Squats @265#

2 Good sets and failed the 3rd rep of the last set.  Failed hard, dropped the bar over my head with a nice loud bang...

Plus side I didn't injure myself...wasn't too happy about it.  Just a bad set up really, didn't focus and let my mind drift...being sloppy.  Either way, I'll reset to 255 and progress 5# per session, should be repping 315 within a few months, NBD.

Sunday's gonna be a rest day me thinks...Monday I head back to work at 3am.  Love my job.
