Not feelin it today.

SWOD:

Power Clean 5x3
130#

This is what happen when you don't do your LP on power cleans for months.  You get weak at them.  I can pull 415# for a dead but only Clean 130 for 3...gahhh.  There is an obvious line between strength and power and I need to work more on the latter. (Without sacrificing the other)

CFFB posted a DWOD today but I may have to come up with my own for equipment sake.
